This is the personal web home of composer/oboist/teacher Dr. Patricia Morehead and pianist, conductor, vocal coach, bassoonist and editor Philip Morehead.

Phil is a member of the Muskoka Big Band, playing his other instrument, the bassoon. He has become reacquainted with the bassoon after having studied fifty years ago with the great John Miller. More recently he studied via ZOOM with Jo Ann Simpson of Ottawa and, before COVID, played with the Highlands Chamber Orchestra. He also plays with the North Bay Symphony as 2nd bassoon.

Pat has been working on several composition projects and playing oboe/bassoon duets with husband Philip. Her orchestra work Voyage Across Centuries has been recorded by Parma Records and released on the Navona label on the collection "Inviting Worlds Vol. 3".
